We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. The first day is the day USPS records delivery.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. 

To start a return, you can contact us at orders@shopbasicbar.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once you receive your label, you have 5 days to ship it back. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds:

Once your items are received and inspected by our warehouse, we will process your return. A $6 restocking fee is deducted from the refund amount of every return.

Please allow at least 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your return. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
